Martin is an English singer, songwriter, musician, record producer, and philanthropist. He is the lead singer and co-founder of the rock band Coldplay.
While studying at University College London, Martin met Jonny Buckland with whom he decided to form a band—Martin as lead singer and Buckland as lead guitarist. They were joined by Guy Berryman as their bass player and Will Champion, as their drummer.
In 1996, they formed the rock band Coldplay, originally known as Pectoralz.
Martin, along with the other Coldplay members, achieved worldwide fame with the release of the band’s single “Yellow” in 2000, a song that also earned the band their first Grammy Award nomination in the Grammy Award for Best Rock Song.
Coldplay has released 7 studio albums: “Parachutes”, “A Rush Of Blood To The Head”, “X&Y”, “Viva La Vida”, “Mylo Xyloto”, “Ghost Stories” and “A Head Full Of Dreams”.

Martin and American actress Gwyneth Paltrow married on December 5, 2003, in a quiet ceremony in the presence of their friends and family. Their daughter Apple was born in May 2004 in London. Their second child, a son named Moses, was born in April 2006 in New York City.
Actor Simon Pegg and Martin’s bandmate Jonny Buckland are his daughter’s godfathers, and Martin is godfather to Pegg’s daughter.
Martin and Paltrow announced their separation as a “conscious uncoupling” in March 2014, after ten years of marriage. They divorced on July 14, 2016.

Archival Conservation Mat is included with your purchase. Mat is a high quality, 4 ply (1/16″) surround mat. These frame mats are acid-free & Lignin-free made with 100% virgin alpha-cellulose surface, core and backing papers. So your caricature with mat will fit into a standard comparable frame either “20” x 24″ or “16” x 20″ depending on the print size, (frame not included). Price also includes a Backer Board.
32″ x 40″ stretch canvas print is produced by Giclee printing process and are hand stretched over heavy duty American made white pine. The canvas print is varnished twice after printing. The canvas prints are ready to hang (complete with hanging wire).
